Doug is AMAZING! I rarely leave reviews so when I do, I mean them! He handled my case perfectly from start to finish and I absolutely appreciated his patience with me during my times of frustration towards the end of the case. I honestly will go back to him in the future if I have any issues again with brand new cars. I had a 2021 Nissan Rogue that developed issues after 5k miles and the entire process was easy for me and stress free. Doug definitely knows what he is doing and helped get a great settlement out of my case. I highly recommend 10/10!
