I wanted to share my experience with Lemon Law of San Diego. I purchased a brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata, and soon after, it started having serious issues—it would randomly shut off and crank strangely. I brought it into the dealership 13 times, but none of the technicians could duplicate or fix the problem. Frustrated and out of options, I was referred to Lemon Law of San Diego by a neighbor. After a consultation with Attorney Doug, I agreed to have him take on my case. He had me fill out a few forms detailing the issue, and from there, everything was incredibly easy. Most of my communication was with Erica, and she, along with the rest of the staff, was amazing—super helpful, professional, and friendly. Although I never met anyone in person (everything was done via email and phone), the entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re dealing with a lemon, this is the team to call. Thanks to them, I was able to get rid of the Hyundai and now I’m happily driving a Toyota RAV4. I can’t recommend Lemon Law of San Diego enough!
