I purchased a lemon car and worked with a lawyer for over two months who did not seem to think I had a case and hardly would get back to me. After wasting weeks, my car had a fuel leak cased me to stall on the side of the road. I submitted multiple applications to many placed and I was lucky enough to find Doug who took 1 day to get back to me after I submitted all the paperwork and he wasted no time getting the ball rolling on my case. He was amazing and I will always recommend him to anyone who needs help with there car! I also loved his office manager as she quickly learned my phone number and always answered the phone by saying my name!
